We are a dynamic academic association devoted to furthering the interests of postgraduate philosophy in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, organizing the annual BPPA conference and Masterclass series.
Call for BPPA Masterclass Team
Our Masterclass series is an exciting opportunity to bring together a leading academic and a small group of postgraduates for a weekend of focused research and discussion.
In the past, previous Masterclass events have been led by David Papineau on epistemology, Brad Hooker on analytic ethics, and Peter Goldie and Sabine Doring on emotion. Furthermore, each spring one masterclass will be held at the Institute of Philosophy, with generous support and facilities available throughout the course of the event.
We take pride in our Masterclass workshops and we are looking for a responsible and organised team to get involved and organise our next Masterclass. In return you'll receive our full support and gain valuable experience in holding a prestigious national postgraduate workshop.
